Reminder for filing a divisional of pending EP-applications

Dear Sir/Madam,

This message is to remind you of the date of October 1^st, 2010 which marks the end of the transitional period for filing divisional applications for your European patent applications.

October 1^st, 2010 is the due date for filing a divisional of pending EP-applications for which you already received a first Office Action more than 2 years ago. We urge you once more to carefully check your pending EP-applications for subject matter that is relevant to be protected but that is not yet claimed. The newly introduced voluntary divisional filing deadline is the last opportunity to obtain protection for such subject matter.

Please inform us as soon as possible in case divisional applications need to be filed.
