Besides registering your trademark it is also extremely important to protect your trademarks. If your trademark is carefully protected, you will be informed on time about new applications for similar trademarks that have been filed by third parties.

Opposition

For you, being the trademark owner,  it is important not to overlook the possibility to file an opposition against a similar or identical trademark that has been filed. If you are warned on time about the filing of an infringing trademark, you will for instance be able to file an opposition. Or, we could contact the other party on your behalf to find out whether or not, we can achieve positive results by means of an out-of-court settlement.
