Nullity advice

A nullity advice or an invalidity action is a procedure whereby a trademark, design or patent can be declared invalid.

If you believe a trademark, design or patent has been wrongly registered, you may institute proceedings to have the registration of that trademark, design or patent declared invalid.

Also, you may prevent a third party from taking an invalidity action against your registration, believing that you have wrongly received registration.

In both cases the advisors at Nederlandsch Octrooibureau will be pleased to advise you and represent your interests during invalidity proceedings.
