Co-existence agreement

Co-existence means the co-existing of intellectual property rights. Intellectual property conflicts usually result in parties coming to an amicable agreement. In such case they might for instance agree to the intellectual property rights of both parties continuing to co-exist under certain conditions.

Laying down agreements

A co-existence must be properly arranged and laid down in a so-called co-existence agreement. Our lawyers have long experience with both negotiating and preparing such agreements. They will be happy to advise you on or draw up your co-existence agreement. You may also contact our lawyers to have them analyse an agreement that has been suggested to you.
