If you have registered a design you might also want to know whether other designs are registered that are similar to your design. Nederlandsch Octrooibureau will be pleased to screen the European register for recently registered Community designs that correspond to your design.

This way you will be informed on time about any infringing designs. And, it is a good way of keeping a close eye on your competitors’ developments.

Should you subscribe to our watch service, we will inform you the moment a third party carries out a design registration that is similar or identical to your design. You may then take action for instance by sending out a warning or initiating invalidity proceedings against the design registration.
